The organization was first founded by Alvin Gatasaman Laustica, Mariel Palis, Fershalyn Joyce Donasco, and Joshua Tana.

United by a common goal to serve the "Banwang Panganay," these founders recognized that for Binalbagan to thrive in a changing world, it needed a dedicated core of "builders"—leaders committed to civic duty, youth empowerment, and community development.

From Concept to Incorporation

What started as a passionate discussion among friends soon evolved into a formal mission. Alvin, Mariel, Fershalyn Joyce, and Joshua worked tirelessly to establish the framework of the club, ensuring it wasn't just a temporary group, but a lasting institution for the people of Binalbagan.
