  The Visionaries: Our Founding Story Every great movement begins with a shared vision. For the Binalbagan Future Builders Club Incorporated , that vision was sparked by a group of dedicated individuals who saw the untapped potential in the heart of Binalbagan. The organization was first founded by Alvin Gatasaman Laustica , Mariel Palis , Fershalyn Joyce Donasco , and Joshua Tana . United by a common goal to serve the "Banwang Panganay," these founders recognized that for Binalbagan to thrive in a changing world, it needed a dedicated core of "builders"—leaders committed to civic duty, youth empowerment, and community development.
